STUDENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. About These Terms

These Student Terms & Conditions form part of the agreement between Micropixink Training Centre, operated by Lyubov Neycheva trading as Micropixink Training Centre, and every student who books, attends, accesses or participates in a course or educational service provided by the Training Centre.

By making a payment, confirming a booking, attending training, accessing digital content, downloading educational materials or using our services, the Student confirms that they accept these Terms & Conditions.

Where training takes place at a third party venue, Students must also follow the relevant venue rules, safety procedures and operational requirements.

Important: These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Website Terms of Use, Refund Policy and any course specific requirements provided by Micropixink Training Centre.

2. Definitions

For these Terms:

Training Provider means Micropixink Training Centre, operated by Lyubov Neycheva.

Student means any person who enrols, attends, accesses, participates in or purchases training or related services.

Course means any training, workshop, online programme, practical training, assessment, certification programme, educational material, mentoring or related educational activity.

Digital Content means online learning systems, videos, manuals, downloadable materials, educational resources, assessments and other digital learning materials.

Practical Training means supervised practical activities, demonstrations, workshops, model based procedures and hands on educational sessions.

3. Professional Educational Standards

Micropixink Training Centre provides professional education within a structured learning environment and follows appropriate hygiene, infection control, safety and professional standards.

We reserve the right to maintain:

Professional educational standards

Hygiene and safety procedures

Professional conduct requirements

Educational quality

Intellectual property protection

The professional reputation of the Training Centre

Students are expected to behave professionally, communicate respectfully and follow safe practice standards throughout their training.

4. Minimum Age Requirement

Students must be 18 years or older to enrol in or participate in any course provided by Micropixink Training Centre.

We may request valid photographic identification before participation.

5. Bookings, Payments & Course Access

Course places are limited and are confirmed only after payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.

Full payment must be completed before the course begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By making a booking, the Student understands that Micropixink Training Centre may immediately begin preparing for the course, including:

Educator and tutor allocation

Course scheduling

Student administration

Educational preparation

Venue and treatment space allocation

Equipment and material preparation

Practical training coordination

Online onboarding

Digital content preparation

Assessment preparation

Training material preparation

Reservation of limited training capacity

Because these preparations may begin immediately, certain deposits, reservation fees, instalments and course fees may become partially or fully non refundable once services, onboarding, scheduling, digital access or course preparation has started.

Micropixink Training Centre may refuse enrolment, suspend access, withhold certification, cancel a booking or discontinue participation where reasonably necessary for safety, legal, educational, behavioural, medical, safeguarding, hygiene, compliance or operational reasons.

Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights available to the Student under applicable consumer protection law.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Refunds will not ordinarily be provided where:

Training has already been attended

Online content has been accessed

Manuals or digital resources have been provided

Downloadable content has been supplied

The Student fails to attend

The Student is removed because of misconduct or breach of Training Centre policies

Once educational access has been provided, the course may be considered activated.

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. An administration fee may apply.

Micropixink Training Centre is not responsible for accommodation, travel, visa, childcare, business or other indirect costs connected with attending training.

Students should not initiate unjustified payment disputes, chargebacks or payment reversals where educational services, digital content, onboarding, scheduling, preparation or training access has already been provided.

Statutory rights: Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Consumer Cancellation Rights

Where a course is booked online or at a distance, educational preparation may begin immediately after enrolment.

This may include:

Course preparation

Scheduling

Educator allocation

Online onboarding

Digital educational access

Training materials

Pre course study

Educational systems

Where digital materials or online educational content are provided before practical training, the course may be considered commenced once those materials or services have been made available.

The Student expressly requests and agrees that educational services and digital content may begin before the expiry of any applicable cancellation period.

Certain cancellation rights may be reduced or lost once digital content delivery or educational service performance has commenced, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

8. Digital Learning & Educational Content

All digital educational content provided by Micropixink Training Centre remains its intellectual property.

Students must not:

Reproduce educational materials

Share login credentials

Distribute educational systems

Upload Training Centre content

Screen record restricted materials

Teach Training Centre methods without permission

Record or livestream demonstrations

Use training content commercially without written permission

Unauthorised use may result in termination of access, refusal of certification, legal enforcement, financial recovery and permanent removal from Training Centre services.

Micropixink Training Centre may update educational content, modify digital systems, restrict access, suspend accounts or change online delivery methods where reasonably necessary.

9. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

The following remain the intellectual property of Micropixink Training Centre:

Manuals

Presentations

Educational systems

Treatment protocols

Training methods

Videos

Branding

Graphics

Training frameworks

Demonstrations

Educational structures

Students receive a limited, non transferable right to use these materials for their own educational and professional reference.

Students must not copy, reproduce, publish, teach from, sell, distribute, adapt or commercially use Training Centre intellectual property without prior written permission.

Students must also keep confidential any internal educational systems, operational methods or commercially sensitive information.

These obligations continue after completion, cancellation, withdrawal or termination of training.

10. Data Protection

Micropixink Training Centre processes personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Student information may be used for:

Enrolment

Certification

Administration

Educational delivery

Compliance

Safety

Operational purposes

Where reasonably necessary, the Training Centre may retain assessment records, certification evidence, attendance records, practical assessment documentation, case studies, photographic evidence, communications and compliance records for purposes including quality assurance, certification verification, legal compliance, insurance and operational administration.

The Training Centre may communicate with Students by email, telephone, SMS, online systems or other reasonable communication methods for educational, scheduling, assessment, certification, administrative and operational purposes.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Micropixink Training Centre Privacy Policy.

11. Practical Training, Models & Treatment Participation

Practical training takes place within a supervised educational environment.

Students understand that practical procedures are part of the learning process and that treatment results can vary between individuals.

Results such as healing, pigment retention, colour, symmetry, fading, longevity and skin response may differ despite appropriate technique, safe practice and suitable products.

Models participate voluntarily and acknowledge the educational nature of treatments performed during training.

Where models are required, Students may be responsible for arranging suitable models unless otherwise agreed with Micropixink Training Centre.

Before practical participation, Students and models must disclose relevant information that may affect treatment suitability, healing, health, safety or participation, including relevant medical conditions, allergies, contraindications, infections, pregnancy, medications, bloodborne conditions and skin conditions.

Micropixink Training Centre may refuse participation, discontinue a procedure or suspend practical activity where hygiene, safety, medical, behavioural or operational concerns arise.

12. Training Outcomes & Student Responsibility

Micropixink Training Centre does not guarantee:

Healed treatment results

Pigment retention

Successful practical results on models

Business success

Client acquisition

Insurance approval

Licensing approval

Regulatory acceptance

Commercial success after training

After completing training, Students remain responsible for their own practical performance, treatment outcomes, appropriate insurance, licensing requirements and lawful scope of practice.

13. No Medical Advice

Educational content provided by Micropixink Training Centre is for training purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or regulated healthcare instruction.

Students are responsible for ensuring that they are physically, medically and professionally fit to participate in practical training.

The Training Centre may refuse, suspend or discontinue participation where a Student appears medically unsuitable, unsafe, impaired, intoxicated or unable to follow required hygiene and safety standards.

Students may also be required to complete relevant hygiene, infection control, health and safety, operational or studio induction procedures before participating in practical training.

The Training Centre may maintain relevant acknowledgements, confirmations, signatures, onboarding evidence and educational records for operational, educational, compliance, health and safety, insurance, safeguarding or legal purposes.

14. Photography, Media & Educational Recording

Micropixink Training Centre may photograph, record or capture educational sessions, practical activities, treatment demonstrations, classroom environments and training related activities for educational, operational, quality assurance, security, training and promotional purposes.

Students and models who do not wish to appear in identifiable promotional or marketing media should notify the Training Provider in writing before the course begins.

Media and identifiable personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Training Centre Privacy Policy.

15. Student Conduct, Hygiene & Professional Standards

Students must maintain:

Professional conduct

Industry appropriate hygiene and infection control

Respectful communication

Professional presentation

Micropixink Training Centre may suspend, remove or terminate enrolment without refund where behaviour is considered:

Abusive

Threatening

Unsafe

Disruptive

Discriminatory

Defamatory

Unethical

Intoxicated

Malicious

Professionally inappropriate

Students must not knowingly publish or distribute false, defamatory, abusive, malicious or misleading statements about Micropixink Training Centre, its educators, staff, students, services or operations where such statements may reasonably damage professional reputation or business interests.
