At Micropixink Training Centre, we aim to provide a professional, respectful and supportive experience for every student.
If you have a question, concern or complaint about our courses, training, communication, services or your experience with us, we encourage you to contact us so that we can understand the situation and address it appropriately.

When contacting us about a booking or student matter, it is helpful to include your full name, course name and relevant booking information.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
You can submit your complaint by email or telephone.
Where possible, please explain:

3. Which course or service it relates to
4. Any relevant booking information
5. What you would like us to review or resolve
6. Providing clear and relevant information helps us understand your concern and respond appropriately.

We aim to consider complaints fairly and professionally.
When we receive a complaint, we may:

2. Check relevant booking or training records
3. Consider communications connected with the matter
4. Speak with relevant staff or educators where appropriate
5. Ask for additional information if necessary
6. Consider what action may be appropriate
7. We will handle complaints with appropriate care and respect.
8. Where a complaint involves personal information, health information or other confidential matters, we will handle that information in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

If a concern arises during practical training or an educational session, Students are encouraged to raise it with the Training Provider or relevant educator as soon as possible.
This may allow concerns relating to:
1. Safety
2. Hygiene
3. Practical training
4. Professional conduct
5. Educational support
6. Course arrangements
7. Communication
to be addressed promptly.
Micropixink Training Centre reserves the right to take appropriate action where concerns involve safety, professional conduct, hygiene, safeguarding or compliance.

If your concern relates specifically to the way your personal information has been collected, used or stored, please contact us using the details provided above.
We will review the concern in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
You may also have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office where applicable.

We understand that complaints may sometimes arise from difficult or frustrating situations.
