About Me
Lyubov Neycheva
Founder & Lead Trainer
✧ An artistic foundation
I began my career in micropigmentation in 2011, building on a lifelong love of drawing and professional training as a makeup artist.
This artistic foundation developed my understanding of facial proportions, light, shade and balance, and continues to shape my approach to natural-looking results.
↗ Experience that shaped my teaching
As my practice developed, working within a hair transplant clinic expanded my understanding of scalp micropigmentation and its applications in hair restoration.
My experience encompassed male and female hair density, female hairline restoration, alopecia camouflage and scar camouflage, including FUE, FUT and post-traumatic scars.
Working with such a diverse range of cases inspired me to establish Micropixink Training Centre and bring that breadth of experience into education.
◎ A broader understanding of SMP
SMP is often associated with the shaved-head look. I wanted students to understand its wider applications and develop the skills to approach different treatment needs.
Every client presents a different combination of skin, hair, scar tissue and expectations. I teach students to recognise these differences and connect their assessment to practical treatment decisions.
⌁ My approach begins with hand control
I work with each student’s natural hand speed and coordination, adapting my instruction to help them establish a controlled, consistent technique.
I give students time to develop their movements, understand their equipment and recognise how their technique affects the result.
↺ Learning from healed results
Following healed results is central to my teaching.
When students return to their models, we examine their own work together, discuss pigment retention and identify what the next session requires. They learn to evaluate their decisions and take responsibility for a treatment through to completion.
→ Preparing for independent practice
My aim is to develop practitioners who understand their work, can explain their choices and have a strong practical foundation for independent practice.
Individual guidance, extensive supervised practice and continued support give students space to develop both their technique and their professional judgement.
